At Triport Agro, we aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location. Local deliveries within Uganda typically take 2–5 business days, while international orders may take 7–21 days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid delays. If there are any issues with delivery, our customer care team is here to assist you promptly.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Triport Agro, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us at support@triportagro.com or call +256 780 391916 before returning any items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or sent in error. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.
